Delete your account

To delete your Crumble Arena account and everything kept for it, write to support@crumblearena.app with the subject "Delete my account".

Include your player name and, if you can, the player ID shown in Settings → Account. Write from the device you play on or the email you signed in with.

We delete within 30 days: the cloud copy of your progress (Unity Cloud Save), your player ID (Unity Authentication), and the analytics tied to it (Firebase). Purchase records Google or Apple keep by law are theirs, not ours.

Only progress on this phone? Deleting the app removes it; the iCloud or Android backup copy can be cleared in the phone's settings.
